What You will Do:

  • Hunting in your assigned geography, you will do what you do best, bringing a great sales experience and winning new customers.
  • Focus on growing market share in new and existing accounts
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets 
  • Effectively collaborate with team members and within other departments to achieve success
  • Onboard new Parcel and LTL business

What You will Need

  • Minimum of 2 years in an outside sales role selling in the logistics, supply chain, transportation industry
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and new business development best practices
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to identify gaps and offer solutions to problems and growth opportunities
  • History of exceeding revenue targets
  • Bonus points if you have a book of business
